A spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a private infinity pool situated over 3 floors. Conveniently located on Kata Hill, in a quiet residential area, with panoramic views of Kata Bay from the top floor and within a 5 minute walk to a cafe and noodle shop &                                                                                                        5 minute drive to stunning Beaches, bars & restaurants!

The entrance to the Villa is on the ground floor via the covered car port and there is an entrance hall and off of this a large air conditioned Western style Kitchen which is fully equipped and breakfast room with seating for 8 people.

The villa has a private, blue tiled infinity pool conveniently positioned with access from the main reception area of the Villa on the 1st floor. There is a large terrace to enjoy the sunshine and a comfortably furnished shaded sala area for relaxing.

As you walk in to the open plan lounge there is a good feeling of space. There is a large flat screen cable TV, and 2 comfortable sofas and chairs. There is also a Dining table and chairs for 8 people.

This level also offers a a Double bedroom ( with patio doors to Pool area off of the lounge) and a twin room both with En Suite shower rooms and the double Bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe/dressing area.

On the 2nd Floor there is the Master bedroom Suite, this offers a living area with flat screen TV, Seating area and a king size bed also with en-suite bathroom and walk in dressing room. There is a full terrace running the length of the master bedroom with outside seating and sea views of Kata and Kata Noi.

On this level there is also a small kitchenette with Fridge and another double bedroom with shower room.

Located off a quiet road and within a 5 minute drive to shops, Thai & European restaurants & bars.

Beautiful Kata Noi & Kata beaches are a 5 minute drive by tuk tuk or car/bike.

This villa is ideal for families and groups of friends ( Car or bike Hire is recommended)

Fabulous Holiday!

 For a stay in May 2023 – Kendji
We had a very pleasant stay at Kata View Villa. The villa is as beautiful as in the photos and the surrounding environment is very relaxing.
It is equipped with everything you need for a successful stay and it is close to everything (as long as you get transport). There is a great breakfast/Lunch restaurant 2 minutes’ walk away which is very good.
We recommend and will be back!
