Accommodation comprises 6 bedrooms: 4 in the main villa, and 2 in a separate self-contained apartment downstairs. Two extra sofa/day single beds can also be set up for sleeping in the large games room, providing accommodation for up to 14 guests.

The master bedroom suite has a king-size four-poster bed, built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with double basins, a spacious walk-in shower and oval bath. Sliding double doors take you directly from the bedroom onto the spacious sun deck, complete with 8m x 4m infinity-edged swimming pool with integral Jacuzzi jets.

Bedroom 2 (the blue room) has two large 3.5’ single beds, large wardrobe and sliding doors, opening directly onto the spacious sun deck and swimming pool.

Bedroom 3 (the green room) has a queen-size bed, small desk and feature designer chair, ideal for teenagers requiring their own space. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a generous family bathroom with large walk-in shower and double wash hand basins and vanity unit.

Bedroom 4 (the yellow room) has a comfortable queen-size bed, and benefits from its own en-suite shower room.

This floor also houses a very spacious living/dining room containing a large Lloyd-Wright inspired dining table providing seating for 10. The living area has a large leather L shaped sofa, flat screen LCD TV, cable and home theatre. You will also find a selection of DVD’s, CD’s and board games for all the family. An open plan fully-fitted Western-style kitchen rounds out the accommodation on this floor.

The living room opens directly onto the sun terrace, complete with sun beds and parasols that add to the laid back atmosphere. The roomy sala adjacent to the swimming pool is complete with a further dining table, seating 10 guests and easy-to-use BBQ that is perfect for that al fresco meal.

Downstairs is a private 2 bedroom apartment, a covered recreation area with a table tennis table and an impressive games room. The large games room is complete with pool table, Smart 50” TV, also with cable channels, 2 sofas (doubling as extra beds, if required), two pieces of high quality gym equipment and private toilet/cloakroom.

The apartment has both private street access and stairs up to the pool deck and main house. Its bedroom (bedroom 5) has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while bedroom 6 has two large 3.5’ single beds and an extra living room with an L shaped sofa, TV/DVD player and cable TV.
