Villa Siam is a Luxurious Traditional Thai Style 3 bedroom villa.  Set in 800sqm of private grounds . Located in Rawai at the southern tip of Phuket within a 10 minute walk of a convenience store, coffee shop and a 5-10 minute drive to the beautiful Nai harn beach and Rawai and Nai Harn Villages with their extensive range of shops, bars and restaurants, offering guests a perfect location to enjoy privacy within close proximity to all amenities. The villa shares a private entrance drive with one other almost identical villa , both Villas have their own private entrances, gates and  private gardens & Pools.

If both villas (Siam & Jasmine) are rented together they will give you a combined 6 bedrooms ideal for larger family or friends in groups.

The Lounge offers a vaulted wood crafted ceiling with a polished teak floor. Furnished in a modern style to the lounge dining area, complete with 50″ flat screen TV/DVD with a good cable package. Separate WC and Fully fitted well equipped Western style Kitchen with utility room (containing washing machine).

The master Kingsize bedrooms & Adjacent King size bed room both offer wardrobes, dressing areas and En suite shower rooms with slate tiling and modern fixtures and fittings (these two bedrooms have a connecting, lockable door making this ideal for families with young children).  The third Bedroom Room with kingsize bed has it’s own en-suite shower facilities, and is set within the garden, ideal for offering privacy for guests. We can offer an additional pull out bed for a 7th guest should the need arise and also a baby cot (on request).

Set in lush tropical Gardens with private courtyard, outside Entertainment Bar & kitchen area with additional fridge/freezer, stunning Black tiled swimming Pool with waterfall feature & Jacuzzi. An outside shower, garden water features, all beautifully lit at night. With sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the weather, and a table and chairs for relaxing in the shaded sala.

By car or Scooter all amenities are accessed within 3-5 minutes (We an organise hire for you if requested). Beautiful Nai Harn beach, one of Phuket’s premier beaches, is just a 5-10 minute ride away. Speed boats to destinations such as Racha Island or Phi Phi Islands or Scuba Diving day trips run from Chalong Marina which is close by. You can take a traditional long tail boat from Rawai Beach to  Bon or Coral Islands. Elephant treks, Go-Karts, Atv’s, Muay Thai training camps for those who want to learn the art of Thai Boxing or well equipped fitness gyms are located in Rawai.
