Phuket Accommodation offers a full Management service to our Villa owners on an exclusive basis.
We provide a wealth of knowledge and experience to our clients offering our Full property management package to suit all individual requirements. We pride ourselves in maintaining personal attention to the management of each of our properties and providing a proactive approach to working . Our portfolios are limited in size to ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Full Property Management

Security checks every 10 days, key holding and emergency call outs are all included. During this time we check all utilities and services are working correctly, run the water and air the property, keep the garden litter free (gardening services are additional), water plants if required and empty your post box regularly (and inform you of any important mail).
Changeovers, Cleaning & Laundry
We offer and recommend a small clean service when the property is vacant, this is to ensure that the property is checked regularly and to allow for airing the property which is essential during the wetter months with the high humidity levels we experience in Phuket. (We will supply costs on request)
Our changeover service is available for clients who have holiday let customers. Our service offers the full property clean before customers arrival, but also includes a changeover day through the holiday where we call in and replace all bed linen and towels. (Costs of this service available on request)
Meet & Greet Service
We also offer a Meet & Greet service in this package, 7 days a week, at any time of the day or night that the customers arrive. We offer a Welcome Pack for your visitors on their arrival. This ensures that your customers have the essential grocery and household items they require when they arrive to settle them in (Contact us for the list of recommended items and the cost)
Key holding and emergency call outs are all included. During this time we check all utilities and services are working correctly, run the water and air the property, empty your post box regularly (and inform you of any important mail). We can supply replacement keys in the event of a set being lost and organise an extra set to be cut, charged to either yourself or your guests.
Keep your swimming pool clean, tidy and safe throughout the year is essential. Cleaning includes 2 x per week service, and is charged per month. We ensure that all chlorine and Ph levels are at safe levels and the pool is perfect for you or your guests. (Contact us for prices of this service)

Phuket Accommodation have a number of properties on their books available for rent throughout the year in the Rawai, Nai Harn and Kata Areas exclusively. Some are holiday rentals only, whilst others are available for long term and also for sale. We include the cost of the advertising of these properties in our full property management service.
